Please read them carefully before placing any orders. These terms govern the relationship between our company and all users of our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may result in immediate termination of your account and services.
When placing orders for water delivery, users must ensure that delivery addresses and contact information are accurate and complete. Users are required to provide adequate access to delivery locations during scheduled delivery times. Any special instructions regarding delivery must be communicated clearly at the time of order placement.
Any water dispensers, bottles, or equipment provided by our company remain our property. Users must handle all equipment with reasonable care and return items in good condition. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications will be charged to the user's account at replacement cost.
Our water delivery services are available within designated areas of Singapore. We reserve the right to modify service areas, delivery schedules, and product availability without prior notice. While we strive to maintain consistent service, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Schedule: Standard delivery times are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on business days. Specific time slot requests are accommodated on a best-effort basis but cannot be guaranteed.
Orders may be modified or cancelled up to twenty-four hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made within twenty-four hours of delivery may incur cancellation fees. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, delivery restrictions, or payment issues.
Certain delivery areas may require minimum order quantities or values. Delivery fees may apply based on order size, delivery location, and frequency. Users will be informed of any applicable charges before order confirmation.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, equipment failures, or public health emergencies.
All content on our website and mobile applications, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, are the exclusive property of our company or our licensors. These materials are protected by Singapore and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for services during the three months preceding the claim.
